In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Once you're on the remote desktop page, click the "Share my screen" option. If you do not have the Remote Desktop software installed on your PC, click the Install box in the bottom right-hand corner. Once installed, a remote desktop screen will open. You will then see another share my screen section, under that section, you'll see a blue box with an arrow pointing down. Click that arrow and let the software download. Once downloaded, select the install button. It will then open your downloads folder. Double-click on the file named "chromeremotedesktophost". Click Allow on the box that pops up. Once you click allow, the software will install. After the installation is complete, click the Generate access code button.
